What is a Telegram Channel?
Telegram channel is a type of broadcast where admin can share posts to an unlimited number of audience.
Every Telegram channel has a unique link or username starting with t.me/ by which a telegram user can open and join the channel. Admin can keep this link and his identity private, it’s up to him. So max of the time you can’t identify and communicate with the admins.
Only admins can broadcast posts on the channel including images, audio, videos, document, location, polls, and many more. It’s one-way communication, admin can create a separate discussion group and attach it with the channel.
Only admins can delete the post in the channel, it disappears for all after deletion.
On top of the channel, the number of subscribers is mentioned below the channel name. Admin can also pin the posts on the channel, so you don’t miss important updates. The number of people who have viewed the post is mentioned below every post.
When the admin posts in the channel, subscribers get a notification of the post, subscribers can also mute the channel to avoid unnecessary notifications.
So these were some basics, I have mentioned some other best Telegram channel features in last section.
